At Comfort Zone, we take as much care with your satisfaction as we do with crafting our mid-century modern furniture. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process ensures a resolution that’s as refined as our two-seater sofas.
Our Returns Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
- All tags and protective coverings must remain attached
- A proof of purchase must be provided
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on upholstered items (sofas and chairs) that have been removed from their original packaging or show signs of use. This includes our Three-seater sofas, Two-seater sofas, Desk chairs, and Dining chairs unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Our London-based customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the completed returns form (we’ll email this to you)
- Ship the package using the carrier we specify (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility)
Exchange Process
Prefer a different item from our collection? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your original item, we’ll process your exchange request and ship the new item within 1-2 business days.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective (a rare occurrence with our quality standards), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
