Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Please contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your area.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is as important to us as the craftsmanship of our mid-century modern furniture. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process ensures an elegant solution.

Our Returns Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
  • All tags and protective coverings must remain attached
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Important Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on upholstered items that have been removed from their original packaging or show signs of use. This includes:

  • Three-seater sofas
  • Two-seater sofas
  • Desk chairs
  • Dining chairs

Exceptions are made only if these items arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our London-based team will respond within 2 business days with instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Include the completed returns form (we’ll email this to you)
  5. Ship using the carrier we specify (return shipping costs are your responsibility)

Exchange Process

Prefer a different item from our collection? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your original item, we’ll process your exchange and ship the new item within 1-2 business days.

Refund Information

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we cover standard shipping for the replacement item

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged (a rare occurrence with our quality standards), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
